  1. 1 Corinthians 10:31 - So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. Every meal is sacred. The way you nourish your body honors the One who created it.

  2. Psalm 23:5 - You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Even in difficult seasons, God provides abundance and nourishment. You are cared for.

  3. Matthew 6:25-26 - Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink... Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" You don't have to carry the burden of providing alone. God sees your needs and provides.

  4. Ezekiel 47:12 - Fruit trees of all kinds will grow on both banks of the river. Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit fail. Every month they will bear fruit, because the water from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing. Food is medicine. What nourishes your body can also heal it.

  5. John 6:35 - "Then Jesus declared, 'I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.'" Physical nourishment sustains your body, but spiritual nourishment sustains your soul. Both matter.
